兒少表意權短影音徵件比賽開跑
說明：
一、 改變世界的一百種方法，兒福聯盟兒少表意權短影音徵件比賽開跑，總獎學金六萬元！隨著科技發展與世代變遷，一分鐘以內的極短片在社群平台間蔚為流行。不限拍攝器材、影像規格及敘事方式，鼓勵兒童或青少年只要擁有創意想法及一分鐘的時間，就有機會成為閃耀的新星，讓大眾聽到他們的聲音。本活動將一併寄發紙本海報，懇請貴單位協助張貼。
二、 兒福聯盟於今年年初創立專屬兒少的 Instagram 平台－嗶嗶啵啵(帳號： bibibobo.tw)，集結青少年關注的資訊與網路社群互動模式，以響應「兒少表意權」的推廣，並鼓勵兒少透過網路社群發聲。於是舉辦創意短片徵件大賞，以一分鐘為限，邀請未超過 20 歲之兒童少年，不限使用拍攝器材，後製軟體及敘事方式，發揮創意拍出屬於自己的「拯救世界的一百種方法」。 2/21 已開放徵件投稿，截止日期為 4/1 ，此活動特邀三位專業影片內容創作者擔任評審，預計選出十組參賽者進入決賽網路投票環節，並於 5/2 公佈前三名。我們歡迎生長於網路社群的兒少，利用平日擅長的限時動態、生活紀錄或是 Tiktok 短片拍攝模式，以改變的現象，並以拍攝影片的方式表達意見勇於發聲，甚
至做出實際行動。
