主旨：嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎中央流行疫情指揮中心為兼顧 COVID-19 檢驗準確度及降低民眾負擔，有條件開放自費核酸檢驗指定機構增列核酸池化（ pooling ）方式檢驗，並修訂「開放民眾自費檢驗 COVID-19 申請規定」
說明：
一、依據教育部國民及學前教育署 111 年 4 月 22 日臺教國署學字第 1110051771 號函辦理。
二、該中心衡酌檢驗效率及降低民眾負擔，有條件開放自費檢驗指定機構增列 COVID-19 自費核酸池化方式檢驗，相關說明如下：
(一)適用對象：有自費核酸檢驗需求之民眾，得至自費檢驗指定機構進行檢驗。惟出入境檢驗需求或具 COVID-19 感染風險（居家檢疫/居家隔離/自主健康管理者）等風險對象，維持以單一檢體進行檢驗。
(二)檢驗費用：
１、依據醫療法第 21 條規定：「醫療機構收取醫療費用之標準，由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關核定之」。
２、自費核酸池化檢驗之建議價格，每件收費標準以新臺幣 1,500 元為上限（包括試劑、耗材、人事設備及池化檢驗結果陽性須個別重新檢測費用等）。池化檢驗結果陽性不得另行收取個別重新檢測費用。
三、「開放民眾自費檢驗 COVID-19 申請規定」及問答集電子檔，已置於衛生福利部疾病管制署全球資訊網（ http://www.cdc.gov.tw ）/COVID-19 防疫專區/醫療照護機構感染管制相關指引項下，請自行下載參閱。
