說明：
一、目的：為配合 2013 台灣國際蘭展活動，鼓勵學生透過美術創作，繪出對蘭花產業的題材，增進學生美學素養及美育發展，並配合蘭展活動展出，特舉辦繪畫徵件比賽。
二、比賽資格：臺南市公私立各幼兒園、國民中、小學學生，均可報名參加。
三、比賽組別：
(一)幼兒園組。
(二)國小低年級組(國小一、二年級)。
(三)國小中年級組(國小三、四年級)。
(四)國小高年級組(國小五、六年級)。
(五)國中組。
四、比賽用紙：一律使用 4 開（ 39×54cm ）圖畫紙，參賽表格以正楷詳細填寫並黏貼於作品背後右上角（表格如簡章中的附件一）。
五、比賽主題：以蘭花或蘭展活動相關內容為創作題材。
六、繪畫素材：使用水彩、水墨、版畫、貼畫、粉蠟筆、彩色筆等顏料、材料皆可，表現方式不限，請勿裱褙。
七、收件時間：自 102 年 2 月 20 日起至 2 月 25 日親送或郵寄至樹人國小教導處收（以郵戳為憑，逾時不予評審）。
