一、依據行政院人事行政總處(以下簡稱總處)111 年 12 月 12 日總處給字第 11100031022 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本。
二、本方案辦理期間前經總處就其中「國內外旅遊」保險部分承保範圍，延長辦理期間自 111 年 7 月 1 日起至 111 年 12 月 31 日止，先予敘明。
三、茲因受疫情影響，各保險業者推出旅遊平安保險相關商品作業進度不一，惟總處為使公教員工國內外旅遊保險優惠不中斷，爰由承作本方案之富邦產物保險股份有限公司(以下簡稱富邦產險)續就前開「國內外旅遊」保險部分承保範圍[含意外身故給付、意外失能給付、傷害醫療給付(實支實付)及個人賠償責任、劫持事故慰問金保險]，再次延長辦理期間自 112 年 1 月 1 日起至 112 年 6 月 30 日止，並將視市售相關保險商品發展情況，適時評估調整國外旅遊保險商品(計畫)。
