說明：
一、依據新竹縣政府教育局 112 年 2 月 21 日教青字第 1121600079 號函辦理。
二、網路科技普及，拉近人與人距離，亦造成霸凌現象，面對網路霸凌，實有需要扭轉改變，在 112 年青年節之際，為建立正向網路使用的新文化，特規劃辦理旨揭活動。
三、本活動以「網路正義由你決定」為主題，進行一系列活動，辦理項目及時間如下：
(一)意見徵集： 112 年 3 月 10 日起將以「網路正義」為題，號召青年於活動網頁進行提案及投票，為議題預熱，凡提案者，亦獲得抽獎機會。
(二)名人對談： 112 年 3 月 16 日於六家高中舉辦講座，邀請名人 KOL 、心理師共同對談，用實務案例及名人影響力，帶領青年反思。
(三)社群響應： 112 年 3 月 22 日起藉由線上社群串聯活動，發布於自身社群平台，利用社群力量，做出正向改變。
四、詳細活動資訊 112 年 3 月 10 日將發布於活動網站（ http://www.hc-youthday2023.com ），亦可至新竹縣政府教育局青年事務科粉絲專頁參閱。
