說明：
一、公視為推廣兒少影像教育及拓展孩子多元發展，自 2004 年起即率全亞洲辦理「台灣國際兒童影展」，並透過「小導演大夢想工作坊」兒童影像教育計畫，號召對影像創作感興趣的國小師生、親子團隊，以先徵件再提供培訓輔導的方式，鼓勵師生或親子共同組隊參與短片創作，激發引導學生對影像創意之學習熱情，達到「成就每一個孩子—適性揚才、終身學習」之願景。歷屆經由工作坊之輔導所完成短片共計 92 部，優質作品在國內外各大兒童影展屢獲獎勵肯定，讓台灣兒童創意在國際上綻放光芒。
二、公視 2023「小導演大夢想工作坊」即將開跑，本會將先行舉辦「短片創作說明會」說明「兒童短片企劃案徵選」辦法及相關活動內容。短片創作說明會場次分別為 4/15 台中大墩文化中心、 4/22 宜蘭中興文創園區、 4/29 高雄李科永圖書館、 5/6 台北公共電視、 5/13 線上場。本會邀請專業影像工作者教授拍片企劃案撰寫、及小導演團隊分享拍片趣事，歡迎國小學童、老師及家長們踴躍參加。說明會活動全程免費，請於活動官網線上報名。名額有限，額滿為止。
三、「兒童短片企劃案徵選」將於 2023/5/31 截止收件，歡迎對影像創作感興趣的國小師生、親子團隊組隊上網報名。提出拍片企劃參加徵選，入選團隊可享整套拍片輔導資源，完成短片擇優送國際參展。相關活動細節請上活動官網 https://www.pts.org.tw/dreamer11/page1.html 。
