一、依據本府 112 年 7 月 6 日府民自字 1120857733 號函及內政部 112 年 6 月 29 日台內民字第 1120223398 號函辦理。
二、有關第 16 任總統、副總統及第 11 屆立法委員選舉訂於明（ 113 ）年 1 月 13 日同日舉行投票，預料政治獻金捐贈及收受情形將日益熱絡。又依政治獻金法規定，立法委員擬參選人從本（ 112 ）年 4 月 1 日起可收受政治獻金；總統、副總統擬參選人則從本年 5 月 20 日起可收受政治獻金，收受截止日皆為明年 1 月 12 日，合先敘明。
三、依據監察院統計，歷次選舉政治獻金案件主要違法態樣，包括：民眾超額捐贈、有累積虧損尚未依規定彌補之營利事業違反規定進行捐贈等情形。
四、為使民眾知悉政治獻金法規定，請利用貴校(單位)LED 字幕機（跑馬燈）、 LCD （多媒體電子看板)，自本年 7 月 1 日起至明年 1 月 12 日止配合辦理政治獻金法宣導。文稿建議文字為「個人對同一位（組）候選人捐贈政治獻金，不能超過 10 萬元；對不同位（組）候選人捐贈，合計不能超過 30 萬元」、「營利事業對同一位（組）候選人捐贈政治獻金，不能超過 100 萬元；對不同位（組）候選人捐贈，合計不能超過 200 萬元」、「有累積虧損尚未依規定彌補的營利事業，不能捐贈政治獻金」。
五、另為擴大宣導效益，內政部製作之政治獻金動畫宣導短片、宣導文宣電子檔，已分別上傳至內政部網站與 Youtube 網站（網址如附件），惠請於貴校(單位)官方網站或臉書粉絲團協助宣導，廣為宣導運用。
