一、依據本府環境保護局 112 年 8 月 24 日環廢字第 1120103260 號函辦理。
二、有鑑於廢二次鋰電池於廢棄時可能仍殘存電力，沒有妥善貯存即有燃燒之虞：依鋰電池特性需注意 3 要 3 避原則，即「要絕緣」、「要分類」、「要放電」、「避高温」、「避擠壓」、「避水氣」，請依下列注意事項辦理並協助宣導：
(一)家戶民眾於排出前貼上絕緣膠帶，應避高温且需單獨貯存，應不可混於垃圾內並儘速排出不暫存。
(二)販賣業者、維修商及社區資收站需增加宣導回收筒設置及勿置於易燃性物質旁。
(三)清潔隊及回收商大量貯存時，應先以 1/1000 鹽水放電 7 天以上，並應與其他種類電池分開貯存，勿置於易燃性物質旁及勿置於遴近回收場門口，並應避免擠壓、碰撞等。
