旨揭計畫，說明如下：
(一)實施對象：各直轄市、縣（市）政府及中央機關所屬（轄）公務人員、教育人員（含私立學校部分）、警察人員、現役軍人、約聘僱人員、技工及工友，不含臨時人員（以下簡稱軍公教警人員）。
(二)補助原則：
１、軍公教警人員凡報名該會 113 年度客語能力各級認證，完成測驗且無缺考情形，每人補助報名費新臺幣 250 元。
２、已有申請其他機關同一腔調同一級別認證補助者，不得重複申請；已通過較高級別認證並受有補助者，不得以同一腔調較低級別認證申請。
(三)申請期限：完成認證後，於 113 年 11 月 30 日前備妥相關資料（包含加戳到考證明之准考證、身分證影本、收據暨切結書），依限向本府客家事務委員會申請。
四、各級別認證舉辦日期如實施計畫附表，各梯次報名期限請逕至 113 年度客語能力認證網站（ https://hakkaexam.hakka.gov.tw ）查詢，或電洽總試務中心免付費服務專線： 0809-090-040
