說明：
一、依據教育部補助高級中等以下學校友善提供多元生理用品及推動月經平權計畫及本市 113 年度補助高級中等以下學校友善提供多元生理用品及推動月經平權計畫辦理。
二、為積極落實校園月經教育課程教學，並鼓勵教師實施跨領域、議題教學，共同推動校園性別平等，提升親師生月經教育相關知能，共創月經平權支持性環境，實踐性別平等價值，對承辦人員及實際進行教學教師予以專案敘獎，以資鼓勵。
三、核敘原則：
(一)考量學校規模班級人數不同以及教學方法及策略相異，爰以各校採每學期分開敘獎，並依學校規模分為 6 班以下、 7 至 12 班、 13 至 48 班、 49 班以上學校，各核予不同敘獎額度。
(二)學校敘獎人員以實際實施「月經教育與月經平權融入課程與教學」教師及承辦人員，並將相關成果(教案及成果照片)交由承辦人員彙整後，上傳至線上填報系統 20029 號。
(三)學校敘獎額度分述如下：
1 、 13 至 48 班學校：
(１)承辦人員：嘉獎 1 次，每校 2 名。
(２)實際教學教師：嘉獎 1 次，每校 3 名。
2 、 49 班以上學校：
(１)承辦人員：嘉獎 1 次，每校 2 名。
(２)實際教學教師：嘉獎 1 次，每校 4 名。
