主旨：本市教師每日出勤時間超過 8 小時但不足 1 小時之超勤時數
，自 102 學年度起，得於同一學年度累積時數核予獎勵，
請 查照。
說明：
一、依據本局 102 年 10 月 16 日召開之「教師出勤時間研商會議
」共識辦理。
二、依上開會議共識，各校應彈性訂出學生合理在校作息時間
，該段時間，學生在校，教師就應在校，是各校訂定教師
出勤時間的基本原則。
三、另依本市高級中等以下學校教師出勤實施要點第四點規定
，教師出勤超過每日規定工作時間者，得申請加班；加班
以小時計算，不同時段加班未滿一小時或超過一小時之餘
數，不得合併計算加班時數，合先敘明。
四、各校教師每日出勤時間超過 8 小時但不足 1 小時之超勤時數
，於上級主管機關尚未同意放寬現行規定前，自 102 學年
度起得於每學年度末依下列敘獎標準核予獎勵，以肯定教
師之付出︰
(一)每學年累積總超勤時數30 小時以上未達 60 小時經核定者
，核予嘉獎 1 次。
(二)每學年累積總超勤時數60 小時以上未達 90 小時經核定者
，核予嘉獎 2 次。
(三)每學年累積總超勤時數90 小時以上經核定者，核予記功
1 次。
