一.衛生福利部疾病管制署（以下簡稱疾管署） 113 年 11 月 21 日疾管慢字第 1130300895 號函指出，世界衛生組織（ WHO ）於 113 年 8 月 14 日再次宣布 M 痘疫情構成國際關注公共衛生緊急事件，並呼籲各國注意跨境傳播，目前非洲及歐亞之部分國家已出現 M 痘 Ib 病例，美國亦於 113 年 11 月 16 日報告首例第 I 型病例，疾管署基於維護國人健康及降低民眾於境外感染 M 痘之風險，爰提供旨揭自費接種服務。
二、鑒於國內外疫情傳播風險持續，請學校依該部原函協助宣導相關防治事項如下：
(一)113 年 12 月 1 日起，全國 8 家旅遊醫學合約醫院（名單如附件)提供 M 痘疫苗自費接種服務，凡「不符合公費」M 痘疫苗接種資格，「經醫師評估」確有暴露風險者，可自費接種 M 痘疫苗。
(二)如至有疫情之國家旅遊（依據國際旅遊疫情建議），應採
取適當防護措施，並建議有暴露風險者，於出國前 6-8 週至旅遊醫學門診評估，完成 2 劑疫苗接種（ 2 劑間隔至少 4 週）。
(三)本國籍或持有我國居留證或具健保身分之外國籍人士，且符合公費 M 痘疫苗接種條件者，應儘速接種公費 M 痘疫苗，須完成 2 劑接種以獲得完整保護力，目前全國共 265 家合作醫療院所可提供公費疫苗接種服務。
