說明：
一、依據環境部資源循環署 113 年 12 月 27 日環循永字第 1136127558 號函(如附件)辦理。
二、旨揭公告正式實施後，觀光旅館業、旅館業、民宿及其他住宿業不得提供容量小於 180 毫升之液態盥洗及保養用品（洗髮乳、潤髮乳、沐浴乳及乳液），亦不得於營業場所陳列個人衛生用品（梳子、牙刷、牙膏、刮鬍刀、刮鬍泡及浴帽）供消費者自由取用，惟 SPA 、游泳池等附屬設備、服務設施、客房以外之經營設施則不在個人衛生用品管制範圍。
三、環境部資源循環署已於「一次用源頭減量宣導網站(https://recycle2.moenv.gov.tw/SingleUse)」建置旅宿用品資料頁面，相關文宣資料均已上傳網站，請善加利用並廣為宣傳。
四、另交通部觀光署前於 113 年 12 月 11 日召開「協助旅宿業提升經營管理環境座談會」，會議中高雄市旅館商業同業公會表示：「目前環境部已限制明(114)年起旅宿業者不得主動提供一次性備品，惟現階段學校標案仍規定入住之旅館需提供一次性備品，與現行法規相違背，希望環境部可協助行文給教育部或各級學校宣導相關政策。」請貴單位惠予依旨揭公告規定修正招標規範。
