說明:
一、配合教育部推動「珍愛家庭」，規劃辦理 103年度「尋根記~創意家譜競賽活動」，請鼓勵學童利用寒假、春節期間，藉由與家庭(族)成員共同討論認識家譜，讓學童有追本溯源的機會。
二、本活動參加對象: 臺南市國小學童(分 6 組競賽)，每名學童限以 1 件作品參選。
(一)國小 A 組:國小一至二年級學童(低年級)
(二)國小 B 組:國小三至四年級學童(中年級)
(三)國小 C 組:國小五至六年級學童(高年級)
(四)新住民 A 組:國小一至二年級新住民子女<註>(低年級)
(五)新住民 B 組:國小三至四年級新住民子女<註>(中年級)
(六)新住民 C 組:國小五至六年級新住民子女<註>(高年級)
<註>凡父母親之一為新住民之學童，請報名「新住民組」。同一名學童不可同時報名「國小 A 、 B 、 C 組」及「新住民 A 、 B 、 C 組」，違者取消參選資格。
三、活動期程:
(一)收件期間：請於103年3月10日-3月14日(郵寄者以郵戳為憑)，將參選作品及相關表件掛號郵寄或親送至白河國小(地址：732台南市白河區三民路448號號，封面請註明「創意家譜競賽活動作品送件」)，送件相關規定詳載於「送件清單」備註事項。
(二)評選結果公告：預計於4月15日前公告評選結果
(三)頒獎：獲選為特優者，暫定於本(103)年度舉辦之「國際家庭日嘉年華」公開表揚(時間地點另行通知)。
(四)退件：由家庭教育中心上網公告退件時間及辦法，請各校依公告配合辦理。
四、競賽內容:
(一)主題：創意家譜
(二)競賽作品為平面創作
(三)作品格式：以「全開」或「半開」紙張大小設計，創作說明(不限顏料素材、不限橫直式、字數100字以下)原則上以平面製作為宜，若有黏貼素材，則高度不超過5公分。
