說明：
一、依據本府民政局 103 年 2 月 23 日南市民自字第 1030077700 號函暨內政部 103 年 1 月 21 日台內民字第 10300700791 號函辦理。
二、旨揭活動內政部預定選拔 30 位孝行楷模，每人致贈獎座 1 座、獎狀 1 幀及獎金新臺幣 1 萬元，如為低收入戶或經里長證明為家境清寒，經審議通過者，另致贈孝行獎助金新臺幣 2 萬元，並邀請參加孝行表揚典禮及參訪活動，其家屬 1 可陪同。
三、請貴單位依「中華民國 103 年全國孝行獎選拔及表揚活動實施計畫」規定，於 103 年 3 月 25 日前提報推薦名單，敘明原由連同推薦書、訪查表及相關附件函送本府民政局憑辦(連同電子檔傳送至承辦人電子信箱:joyce8636@mail.tainan.gov.tw)。
四、獲選孝行獎得主之推薦人將由內政部致贈感謝狀，並應邀參加孝行獎表揚典禮及參訪活動，另複選委員會選出 5 名用心訪查、表現優異之訪查員，亦將邀請參加孝行獎表揚典禮及參訪活動，並贈以紀念品予以獎勵。貴單位對辦理是項業務人員積極盡責者，及對於踴躍參與推薦之學校老師、公所承辦人、里長等，得予以獎勵。
