公告內容：
一、依據社團法人中華民國荒野保護協會 103 年 2 月 27 日荒字第 1030000042 號函辦理。
二、為因應氣候變遷危機，荒野保護協會自 1995 年起和各地縣市政府共同舉辦夏至關燈節能減碳系列活動， 2010 年起與世界自然基金會(WWF)合作，發起台灣區 Earth Hour 地球一小時倡議活動，業已邁入第四年。預計本年度參與國家將超過 150 個，逾 7,000 個城市加入，總響應人數超過億萬人。
三、今年 Earth Hour 地球一小時活動日期為 3 月 29 日（週六）晚間 8 時 30 分至 9 時 30 分。為使全台民眾關注氣候變遷之減量與調適議題，並加深對高雄地區的環保守護良好印象，該會擬將於高雄市音樂館前廣場辦理「氣候變遷調適綠市集」，並於愛河沿岸舉辦「Earth Hour 地球在甦醒創意夜跑」活動，於路跑的同時將邀請愛河周邊大樓、景觀橋樑、公園及地標建物響應關燈一小時，期以深化在地節能減碳思維與擴大民眾參與之豐富性。
四、「Earth Hour 地球在甦醒創意夜跑」活動報名網頁 http://goo.gl/9gUo3M ，邀請民眾發揮創意，妝扮成棲地動物參與，為守護台灣棲地而跑。
