一、依據教育部 103 年度補助十二年國民基本教育精進國中小教學品質要點暨本市 103 年度十二年國民基本教育精進國
小教學品質計畫。
二、目的
(一)整合各項教育資源與資訊，增進教師專業成長與發展－引進學習共同體理念，精進各領域教師課堂活化教學之能力，提升教學品質。
(二)精進教師專業成長與發展，以達強化教學現場之實踐能力，提升教師教學績效－實施公開觀課與觀課後議課活動，以營造聚焦學生學習的教師專業學習社群。
(三)培養教師對教育政策與教學現場之掌握、落實、反省與轉化的行動能力。
(四)增進教師專業成長與發展之認知與實踐能力，進而達到精進教師課堂教學能力的目標。
三、參加對象: 臺南市公私立高中職以下學校教師（建議各校以小組組隊形式參加，主辦單位將優先錄取）。
四、辦理時間:103 年 3 月 13 日(星期四)09:00~16:00 。
五、研習地點：臺南市北區民德國中民德館（ 704 臺南市北區和順里 4 鄰西門路三段 223 號）。
六、報名方式:請於 103 年 3 月 10 日（一）前至臺南市中小學教師學習護照報名，研習代號 152219 。
七、參加研習人員可給予公假與會並協助課務派代。
