說明：
一、依據國家教育研究院 102 年 1 月 25 日教研資字第 1020000813 號函辦理。
二、請參賽教師依據教育部頒「國民中小學九年一貫課程綱要」、七大學習領域及教材內涵為主，研發教學媒體作品。
三、本年度重要競賽辦法摘錄如下：
(一)高中職組(含公私立高中、高職及完全中學高中部)：由各校舉辦初賽，選擇優良作品至多五件作品薦送參加決賽。
(二)國中組及國小組(含幼教)：
１、初賽：由各國民中小學（含幼教）自行舉辦；優勝者於 102 年 6 月 7 日下午 5 點前送教育局參加複賽。
２、複賽：參加複賽之國中、國小組（含幼教）之作品，各階段超過三十件作品以上由教育局擇優參加決賽。
３、決賽由國家教育研究院舉辦。
(三)複賽及決賽收件日期：
１、參加複賽者請於 102 年 6 月 7 日下午 5 點前（以掛號郵寄日期為）前送交教育局中等教育科。
２、參加決賽者請於 102 年 7 月 1 日至 7 月 10 日止（以掛號郵寄日期為準）寄至國家教育研究院臺北院區（ 106 臺北市大安區和平東路一段 179 號 8F 教育資源及出版中心）
