一、依據教育部體育署 103 年 3 月 7 日臺教體署學（二）字第 103
0007510 號函辦理。
二、 103 年度起迄今已發生數起學生溺水事件，為防範意外發
生，請各校推動游泳教學應及早注意學生水域安全，重視
游泳及自救能力教學與水域安全宣導，並確實教導學生戲
水時自救與溺水事件處理之正確觀念，以提升水域安全知
能。
三、請 貴校依據「各直轄市、縣（市）政府及各級學校推動
學生水域安全注意事項」辦理事項如下：
(一)水域安全宣導：配合政府政策將每年五月列為水域安全
宣導月，並利用學校網站、集會或結合民間水上救生團
體等方式進行宣導、協助教學。
(二)游泳與自救能力教學：建立學校推動水域活動安全教育
檢核表，並開設游泳體驗活動、落實學生游泳能力檢測
。
(三)搶救與應變復原：確實建立校園緊急事件處理流程；若
發生溺水意外，應加強校內學生水域安全與心理輔導。
