說明：
一、全國徵集部分:（預訂徵集師生作品 300 件）計分六組徵集，採比賽方式，原則上每組錄取特優作品 6 件，優選作品 44 件，頒發獎狀壹張，畫輯一本鼓勵，另取佳作若干件，頒發獎狀。特優作品由主辦單位印製通用書票 500 張， 100 張贈予作者， 400 張贈予所屬學校圖書館使用（特優及優選名額可視送件件數於各組內彈性調整）。
１． 教師暨社會組 － 教師及社會人士均可參加。
２． 國小高年級組 － 限國小五、六年級學生參加。
３． 國小中年級組 － 限國小三、四年級學生參加。
４． 國小低年級組 － 限國小一、二年級學生參加。
５． 國中組 － 限國中一～三年級學生參加。
二、送件時間
102 年 4 月 10 日前，寄達新北市八里區米倉國小教務處。
