說明：
一、依據合作金庫人壽保險股份有限公司 102 年 1 月 25 日(102)合壽字第 102124 號函辦理。
二、表現主題：我的守護天使。
三、參加對象及組別：
(一)幼兒組：托兒所、幼稚園的小朋友。
(二)國小中低年級組：一至三年級。
(三)國小中高年級組：四至六年級。
四、作品規格：
(一)每人限參賽乙幅作品，重複參賽者以棄權論，且不能以共同創作方式參賽。
(二)參賽用紙一律以圖畫紙(四開：約 37.9cm*53cm)為限。
(三)繪畫素材為平面作品，可以繪圖、貼畫、版畫、水墨、水彩...等各式媒材繪製，必須由參賽者本人手工完成，不能利用電腦製作，不須裝裱。
五、收件方式：
(一)繳交文件：
1. 繪畫作品 1 件。
2. 報名表(請黏貼於作品背面右下角)。
3. 請於信封註明「參加繪畫比賽」字樣。
(二)以郵寄或親自送達合庫人壽行銷企畫部(台北市忠孝東路四段 325 號 10 樓)收。
(三)收件日期：即日起至 102 年 5 月 17 日止(以郵戳為憑)，逾期恕不受理(作品請捲筒或厚紙板妥善保護)。
六、獎勵內容：
(一)合庫人壽獎： 7-11 禮券 3,000 元(各組取 1 名，共 3 名)。
(二)特優獎： 7-11 禮券 1,000 元(各組取 3 名，共 9 名)。
(三)優等獎：合庫人壽 12 吋寶寶布偶 1 對(各組取 5 名，共 15 名)。
(四)佳作獎：合庫人壽萬年曆筆筒 1 個(各組取 10 名，共 30 名)。

八、得獎作品預定於 102 年 6 月中旬公布於合庫人壽官網，得獎者將以專函方式通知。
