主旨：有關貴校教師聘約訂定之程序建議，詳如說明，並提供本會之參考範例供參，請查照。
說明：
一、臺南市教育局於 103 年 2 月 18 日公布與本會協議之「臺南市立高級中等以下學校暨幼兒園教師聘約準則實施要點」，本會亦於 4/23 、 5/7 辦理兩場「教師聘約訂定說明會」，合先敘明。
二、茲將會議中有關學校教師聘約訂定程序建議臚列如下，提供貴校參考。
(一)學校有教師會，建議程序：
１、學校教師會召開教師會理事會，草擬學校教師聘約。
２、學校教師會召開會員大會，討論前述學校聘約草案，並交付及組成授權小組與校方協議。
３、學校主動與學校教師會授權小組，逐條協議學校教師聘約。
４、協議完成後召開校務會議，並於會議中討論通過。
(二)學校無教師會，建議程序：
１、於校務會議中票選教師代表（建議至少 3 位)，授權草擬學校教師聘約。
２、草擬之學校聘約於學校網站公告，請學校老師提供意見給教師代表，再次修正草案。
３、學校與教師代表，逐條協議學校教師聘約。
４、協議完成後召開校務會議，並於會議中討論通過。
(三)考量各校皆有訂定聘約之需求，提供本會版本供各校參考，聘約版本電子檔請上臺南市教師會網站（http://www.tnta.org.tw/tntaweb/網路資料櫃/教師聘約）下載。
