一、本案業於公告編號 52337、 52511 諒達。
二、本案學習護照(新市國小開設)開放增額報名時間為 5 月 28 日(週三)早上 8 時，相關注意事項如下：
(一)各場次報名人數增為 140 人，審核錄取人數以 120 名為限，並視研習場地可容納人數增額錄取。
(二)請各校行政人員代為宣導非學校端提報名單內之教師，逕上學習護照取消報名。
(三)若各校仍有教師無法在學習護照報名之情況，請與承辦單位(新市國小輔導室邵美雀教師)聯繫，以便遞補審核。
三、學習護照審核錄取方式說明如下：
(一)各校提交認証名冊及學習紀錄無誤後，依送件先後順序進行審核錄取，請與會教師務必於研習前一週上網查詢審核情形。
(二)本研習不開放現場報名。
四、本次培訓對象以103學年度尚未取得 36 小時關鍵能力研習證書之國小中年級綜合活動教師為主(列入教學正常化訪視重點)，請學校端落實審核。明、後年仍針對五、六年級教師開設培訓課程。
五、 103學年度開學後擬另案調查各校完成本案培訓情形，並視情況安排假日補訓場次。
