主旨：轉知有關 102 年第 8 屆教育奉獻獎選拔及表揚事項辦理規定如說明，請 校於本（ 102 ）年 3 月 11 日（星期一）前，依規定將推薦名冊及具體事蹟表各 1 式 4 份（正本 1 份，影本 3 份）送本局彙辦，逾期不予受理（以郵戳為憑），請 查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部 102 年 1 月 31 日臺教師(一)字第 1020016379 號函辦理。
二、依「教育奉獻獎選拔及表揚要點」第 3 點規定，教育奉獻獎之推薦條件，應具有下列事蹟之一：
(一)投入教育之志願服務相關工作，著有具體績效，足為典範者。
(二)投入學生輔導之志願服務相關工作，著有具體績效，足為典範者。
三、推薦限制：最近 3 年內曾獲本要點或本部其他相關規定獎勵者，不再受理推薦或給獎。
四、所附推薦名冊等各項表件，請務必詳閱填表說明依格式填寫，格式有誤者，一律退件。又 貴校推薦人員如有 2 名以上者，請於具體事蹟表與推薦名冊中註明推薦優先順序，以作為本局審議時之參考。另所送相關證明文件請裝訂成冊（不得超過 A4 格式）並製作封面目錄，所附資料文件一律不退還。
五、有關推薦人員之品德素行部分，請各校確實查證。經遴薦獲獎人員，如有不實或舛錯者，將撤銷其資格，並追繳獎勵金及相關獎勵。
