參與對象： 就讀本市國小三到六年級學生。
報名方式：
(一)報名類別：分為「數理自然科學」及「人文社會科學」二類。
(二)報名資格：就讀本市國小三到六年級學生，以小組方式報名，每組2至6人，不受理個人報名。各組指導教師至多2人，限本市任教於公私立小學之合格教師或經合法任用之代理（課）教師或實習老師。得跨校組隊，以初審作品寄件地址為代表學校。
(三)報名件數：本市國小設有資優資源班之學校，每校至少提出2件獨立研究作品參賽，其餘學校不限參賽件數。
(四)報名期限：請於103年10月1日(三)至10月8日(三)前將初審送件資料寄至新東國中，郵戳為憑，逾時不予受理。(初審送件資料及格式如「陸、送件資料及格式」)
