說明：
一、依據國立臺灣師範大學 103 年 6 月 5 日師大進字第 1031012374 號函辦理。
二、國立臺灣師範大學承辦旨揭初級、中級暨中高級考試，訂於 103 年 5 月 26 日起至 7 月 7 日止同時開放報名。
三、為鼓勵民眾踴躍參與，客家委員會特推出多項獎勵措施，內容如下：
（一）十九歲以下免收報名費，僅需繳納資料處理費初級考試 150 元，中級暨中高級考試 200 元。
（二）學校申請團體報名並通過認證者，可獲「好學文創品」獎勵。
（三）家庭團體報名並通過認證者，將另公開表揚。
（四）國民中小學及高中職以上在學者(不含在職專班)通過認證，依照通過級別分別核發獎學金新臺幣 1 千元(數位化初級)、 5 千元(中級)與 1 萬元整(中高級)。
（五）客家文化重點發展區公教人員以及輔導學生報考合格之國民中小學相關人員與客語薪傳師，另訂有獎勵措施。
