017498 號函辦理。
二、為提供各校跳繩教材，該署製作個人及團體版跳繩操（初
階、進階及高級），並公布於體育課好好玩網站（ http:/
/http://www.sportsfun-sa.com/），以利各校於課間、前或課後
實施，落實每週在校運動時間達 150 分鐘之目標。請逕行
上網瀏覽（下載），並自行參酌籌辦跳繩活動或競賽。
三、另該署於 103 年 9 月 9 日辦理「跳繩挑戰金氏世界紀錄」，
請鼓勵所屬至上揭網站「分享按讚區」為參與挑戰學校打
氣，以擴大宣傳效益。
