主旨：檢送衛生福利部中央健康保險署（以下簡稱健保署）宣導第 1 次扣繳股利及利息所得補充保險費宣導短句及宣導單各 1 份，請協助宣導，請查照。
說明：
一、依據衛生福利部中央健康保險署民國 103 年 6 月 26 日健保財字第 1030031496B 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本。
二、因應二代健保自 102 年起實施，「全民健康保險扣取及繳納補充保險費辦法」第 4 條第 2 項及第 7 條第 3 項、第 4 項規定，保險對象（低收入戶除外）的股利或利息所得如有下列情形，由給付單位向健保署申報明細資料後，再由健保署向保險對象開單收取補充保險費：
(一)單次給付新臺幣 5 千元(含)以上的股利（含現金股利及股票股利，以股利總額計算），因公司未給付現金股利，或現金股利不足以扣取補充保險費；或可扣抵稅額變動致有需補繳補充保險費。
(二)單次給付新臺幣 5 千元(含)以上，未滿 2 萬元的利息，給付單位未於給付時扣取補充保險費。
三、本（ 103 ）年為第 1 次辦理向保險對象開單收取上開股利及利息所得補充保險費，並於 6 月下旬起陸續寄發繳款單。請配合協助以電子看板、跑馬燈播送宣導短句，或於公佈欄、櫃檯等張貼宣導單張，向同仁及民眾宣導。
