主旨：衛生福利部辦理「第一屆紫絲帶獎─全國保護性工作有功人士評選計畫」1份（如附件），請貴校踴躍推薦所屬參加，請查照。
說明：
一、依據教育部103年7月21日臺教學(三)字第1030106469號函辦理。
二、旨揭計畫係為表彰推動家庭暴力防治、性侵害防治、性騷擾防治、兒少保護（含兒少性交易防制）、老人保護、身心障礙者保護（以下簡稱六大領域）有貢獻之政府部門與民間團體，以激勵帶動相關業務人員之士氣，並促進社會大眾對相關議題的投入與關注。
三、上揭政府部門之遴選對象係指於100年1月1日至102年12月31日期間（一）任職於中央政府及地方政府之社政、衛生醫療、警政、教育、司法、勞政、文化、軍職及其他防治網絡人員、（二）推動或辦理六大領域之防治或保護工作，表現優異、足為楷模之防治網絡公務人員。遴選標準詳參附件徵選辦法（100年至102年曾獲得「全國推動家庭暴力、性侵害及性騷擾防治工作有功人士及團體」獎項者，暫不接受推薦）。
四、旨揭計畫設置紫絲帶獎活動網站（praward.tw）於7月26日正式啟用，並公布徵選辦法等相關文件。請自薦者或受推薦者於103年7月26日至8月31日前將報名文件、證明文件與相關資料完成上傳，或郵寄至「臺北郵政80-200號信箱」（郵戳為憑）。
