103學年度上學期「隨班附讀學分班」招生簡章
壹、目的：
依據教育部「專科以上學校推廣教育實施辦法」針對社會需求辦理有助於提升大眾學識技
能及社會文化水準之各項教育活動。
貳、報名資格：
碩士學分班：應具備報考大學碩士班之資格（符合報考碩士同等學力認定標準詳見附錄一）
學士學分班：1、年滿十八歲
2、未滿十八歲者，應分別具備報考專科學校及大學之資格（符合報考大學同等學力認定標準詳見附錄二）

1.二人同行每人雜費享九折優惠。 2.三人同行每人雜費享七折優惠。

肆、收費標準：
一、碩士學分費每學分$5,500元。
二、學士學分費每學分$1,500元、雜費每學分$200元。
三、以上費用不含書籍費及材料費，此外若課程有使用語言教室或電腦教室，則加收
$1000元之使用費。
伍、報名時間及繳費方式：
一、報名時間：即日起至103年9月15日止。
103.7.1~103.8.31 星期一至星期四 上午09：00~下午16：00
103.9.1~103.9.15 星期一至星期五 上午08：00~下午17：00
二、報名方式：
（一）現場報名：
攜帶最高學歷證書影本、身份證正反面影本、最近二個月內一吋脫帽半身正面照
片二張至康寧大學進修推廣處報名。
（二）通訊報名
將報名表填妥，最高學歷證書影本、身份證正反面影本、最近二個月內一吋脫帽半身正面照片二張（一張請浮貼）黏貼完畢後郵寄至「70970 臺南市安南區安中路5段188號 康寧大學進修推廣處收」。
（三）E-mail報名
最高學歷證書影本、身份證正反面影本，最近二個月內一吋脫帽半身正面照片掃描後連同報名表E-mail至康寧大學進修推廣處信箱：extenedu@g.ukn.edu.tw。
