二、依上開來文，略以：為了解國內學生體能狀況，該署自 96
學年度起正式實施「體適能資料上傳管理系統」及「健康
體育網路護照」，透過資料上傳的方式，即時更新體適能
現況，學校得以累積紀錄及分析學生體適能狀況，作為學
校、地方政府及該署政策研擬的參考依據。
三、為使計畫順利施行，請轉知所屬配合辦理事項如下：
(一)為配合健康體育網路護照推廣活動，請學校轉知學生，
登入健康體育網路護照，帳號、密碼為學生之身分證字
號與學（座）號。
