說明：
一、目的：為宣導讀報教育，讓學生領略讀報樂趣，培養終生學習之能力，並涵養學生媒體識讀能力，增進學生事業擴展與思考廣度。
二、實施對象：
(一)本市公立國民中小學，以班級為單位申請讀報實驗班，由實際進行讀報教學的教師申請，需檢附申請計畫。
(二)預計補助本市國中 45 個讀報實驗班(2 至 3 人一報)、國小 60 個讀報實驗班(4 至 6 人一報)。(優先補助偏遠學校)
三、實施時間： 103 學年度(103 年 10 月到 104 年 6 月)，扣除寒假約 8 個月
四、實施方式：讀報實驗班之申請，辦理教師研習活動以及讀報教學成果發表會，並於每學期辦理成效追蹤檢討。
五、申請期程：各校以班為單位進行讀報實驗班申請，各校彙整各班申請資料後，於 103 年 9 月 23 日前填妥申請表及計劃書，以掛號寄至本市立延平國中教務處(704 臺南市北區公園路 750 號)，本局將聘請委員進行審查，審查後公布通過名單。
