一、依據「性別平等教育法」第 9 條第 2 項規定略以：「性別平等教育委員會每學期應至少開會一次，並應由專人處理有關業務；其組織、會議及其他相關事項，由學校訂之。」
故請各校召開性平會時，應製作會議紀錄及簽到單，及訂定委員會設置要點。
二、依據「性別平等教育法」第 15 條規定略以：「教職員工之職前教育、新進人員培訓、在職進修及教育行政主管人員之儲訓課程，應納入性別平等教育之內容」，及第 17 條第 2 項規定略以：「國民中小學除應將性別平等教育融入教
育外，每學期應實施性別平等教育相關課程或活動至少四小時。」及「性別平等教育法施行細則」第 15 條規定略以：性別平等教育相關課程，應涵蓋情感教育、性教育、同志教育等課程，以提昇學生之性別平等意識。
三、依據「性侵害犯罪防治法」第 7 條第 1 項規定略以：「各級中小學每學年應至少有四小時以上之性侵害防治教育課程。」。
四、基於上述，請各校每學期應請校內所屬教職員工（含兼任行政人員）在職進修性別平等教育相關課程，至少需達 2 小時以上參訓，其參訓的紀錄或資料應留存備查。並請落實校內推廣至少四小時性別平等教育及性侵害防治教育等
相關課程活動，請製作活動成果報告及照片。
五、依據「性別平等教育法施行細則」第 9 條及「校園性侵害性騷擾或性霸凌防治準則」第 4 條規定，學校為防治校園性侵害、性騷擾及性霸凌，應定期檢討校園空間與設施之規劃與使用情形及檢視校園整體安全，及記錄校園內曾發生
校園性侵害、性騷擾或性霸凌之空間，並繪製危險地圖。
六、依據校園性侵害性騷擾或性霸凌防治準則」第 34 條規定略以：「學校應依準則內容，訂定校園性侵害、性騷擾或性霸凌防治規定，並將第七條及第八條規定納入教職員工聘約及學生手冊。」請各校將所訂定防治規定公告周知。
七、請貴校設置性別平等教育網站專區，並定期更新資料，俾利本市友善校園訪視時，檢視貴校性平教育辦理之情況，惟上傳資料涉及個資，應予以匿名。
