有關103年10月31日(週五)公文筆硯系統版更事項,請各位行政人員配合,並說明如下:
一、檔案管理局為使文書編輯系統程式可支援IE 11瀏覽器相關環境並對系統部
分功能 進行優化，學校部分預訂於103年10月31日進行筆硯文書編輯系統程
式(4.1.20-1版)版更作業，屆時請各行政人員自行依附件說明完成更版作
業,如有疑問請洽幹事或資訊組長協助.
二、市府為強化筆硯文書編輯共通服務平臺環境資訊安全及配合個人資料保護
法施行，請各位行政人員配合以下事項：
(一)請勿使用身分證字號作為使用者帳號，以維護個人隱私。
(二)為確保帳號之密碼安全，請遵守以下密碼設定原則：
１、密碼長度至少需有 8 個字元（含）以上。
２、密碼為大寫與小寫之英文字母、數字及特殊符號等字元所混合組
成。
３、市府筆硯文書編輯共通服務平臺每三個月將強制變更一次使用者密
碼，屆時請配合變更使用者密碼。
