主旨：函轉國立臺灣科學教育館辦理中華民國第 55 屆中小學科學展覽會遴聘中小學教師評審委員乙案，詳如說明，請 查照。
說明：
一、依據國立臺灣科學教育館 104 年 1 月 12 日科實字第 10402000170 號函辦理。
二、請推薦 貴校符合資格中小學教師俾利本局推薦國立臺灣科學教育館辦理後續相關事宜。
三、依「中華民國中小學科學展覽會實施要點肆─全國科學展覽會七─評審（一）評審委員會規定」，推薦條件如下：
（一）任教於中小學校之合格專任教師，且曾指導學生進入全國科學展覽會累計 3 屆。
（二）當屆已任地方科學展覽會之評審人員，不得重複擔任全國科學展覽會之評審委員。
（三）當屆曾指導學生參與地方科學展覽會之教師，不得擔任全國科學展覽會之評審委員。
（四）當屆同組同科內有同校作品參加全國科學展覽會之教師，不得擔任全國科學展覽會該作品同科之評審委員。
四、檢送推薦名單空白表格 1 份，請填寫核章後，於 104 年 2 月 6 日前逕送本局課程發展科吳奇穎教師。
