說明：
一、依據財團法人中華開發工業銀行文教基金會 104 年 1 月 21 日(104)工銀文教基金會字第 104001 號函辦理。
二、本計畫以扶助弱勢及鼓勵適性教育為宗旨，資助具智育以外資優能力的孩子習藝，舉凡美術、音樂、舞蹈、體育或社會需要的各項技能，均為本計畫資助範圍。
三、本資助對象設定為經濟弱勢之 8~15 歲國中、國小學童，尤以學習障礙(非身心障礙)或課業低成就學童為優先。
四、為發揚『利他』與『關懷』精神，本資助計畫需由老師或社福團體，以拍攝短片及學習計畫書提出申請(恕不接受家長推薦)，本會依審核通過之學習計畫，核撥「個人組」每年最高 12 萬、「團體組」每年最高 20 萬元(新台幣)之習藝資助金。
五、徵件時間：自即日起至 12 月 31 日止。
