主旨：重申教育部編製「國民中小學校園性侵害或性騷擾防治教
師參考手冊（中小學行為人防治教育課程）」，請廣為宣
導及善用，以落實辦理性別平等教育教學活動，請查照。
說明：
一、本局 100 年 9 月 27 日及同年 9 月 29 日公告(編號： 11131 及 112
76)諒達。
二、教育部考量協助國民中小學階段之未成年行為學生得以獲
致正確之性別教育之輔導，學習合宜之性別尊重與健康之
互動行為，爰規劃編制本教師手冊，藉以提供國民中小學
教師據以執行校園性侵害或性騷擾行為人防治教育課程。
三、教育部已規劃校園性侵害或性騷擾行為人防治教育， 8 小
時之課程內容包括性別平等意識(2 小時)、解構性侵害/性
騷擾迷思(2 小時)、性侵害/性騷擾因應與創傷(2 小時)及再
犯預防(2 小時)計 8 小時之行為人防治教育課程(公告於教
