說明：
一、活動對象：本市所屬各國民小學學童。
二、領取物品：海報 1 張、明信片（請於領取之前確知貴校學生人數，分校併同本校一同領取），請學校加強宣導。
三、領取地點分為六大區：
（一）永華區：各校請至本局交換信箱領取（新南國小協助）
（二）大新營區：新進國小
（三）大曾文區：官田國小 （四）大北門區：學甲國小
（五）大新化區：大成國小 （六）大新豐區：文化國小。
四、重要期程，請務必配合辦理，逾時不候：
（一） 102 年 3 月 15 日下午送達各中心學校。
（二）請於 102 年 3 月 19 日（上午 8 時至下午 4 時）至 20 日（上午 8 時至中午 12 時）前依所屬區域領取完畢。
（三）同年 3 月 25 日前請各校回收並統計學生填寫後之明信片數量。
（四）同年 3 月 26 日上午 10 時至下午 3 時請各校將明信片送至所屬中心學校進行交換。
（五）參與學童有機會與市長於同年 3 月 30 日進行面對面交換明信片。
五、請中心學校備妥領取簽收單並由領取學校核對學生人數後再行簽收領取，且於 3 月 26 日下午 4 時前送回中心學校交換時，填妥回收數量。
六、請各校將活動製成一張 A4 單面成果（含活動摘要、照片），格式不拘，務必於 102 年 4 月 11 日下午 4 時前上傳至本局線上填報系統(網址：http://survey.tn.edu.tw/modules/esurvey/index.php，編號 1699 )。
七、請惠予相關人員公（差）假登記。
