主旨：函轉銓敘部「研商公教人員保險之保險費率釐定事宜」會議紀錄，請查照。
說明：
一、依據銓敘部民國 104 年 3 月 17 日部退一字第 1043925782 號書函辦理，並檢附原函影本及附件。
二、銓敘部依公教人員保險法（以下簡稱公保法）第 8 條規定，至少每 3 年須精算公保費率，繼前次精算（ 99 年 12 月 31 日）後，於 102 年 12 月 31 日辦理本（第三）次精算，精算結果已達法定須調整公保費率 5%之差距，爰召開旨揭會議研商調整費率事宜。
三、旨揭會議討論事項及決議整理如下：
(一)討論事項一：「公保保險費率需否依本次精算之平準保險費率調整」一案，決議依精算結果，不適用年金規定之被保險人調為 8.83%（現行公保費率為 8.25%），適用年金規定之被保險人（目前僅私立學校被保險人）調為 13.4%。
(二)討論事項二：「適用年金規定之私立學校被保險人保險費率調整方式」一案，決議依精算結果 13.4%，分 3 年逐步調整(第 1 年及第 2 年各調高 2％，第 3 年調高 1.15％)。
(三)討論事項三：「若政策決定需調整費率，宜自何時開始實施」一案，考量預算編列，決議自 105 年 1 月 1 日實施。
四、本案俟銓敘部報請考試院會同行政院覈實釐定後，另行函知。
