標題:請各校校長、單位主管及人事主管於學期中確實督導所屬人員辦公秩序及差勤紀律
說明：
一、茲有民眾反映學校教職員工每日上班總時數不足 8 小時，請各校確實落實差勤管理，中午休息時間如訂為 30 分鐘，時間結束後即應返回工作崗位，不得再行午睡或外出。
二、學校中午休息時間建議設立相關告示牌(例： 12 時~12 時 30 分為休息時間)俾使民眾知悉，另為便利民眾洽公，各校得指定部份人員輪值，輪值人員上班時間如符合加班規定，得以加班補休或減少到班方式辦理，並應符合每日上班 8 小時之規範，以維社會觀感。
三、上班時間如須外出時，應辦妥請假(或公出)手續後，始得離校並落實職務代理機制，如人員有曠職情形，應嚴格執行記錄曠職，不得事後以事、休假或補休方式處理。
四、為維護辦公紀律及提升行政效率，請本市各校教職員工應確實遵守本市差勤規範，各校人事人員每月至少查勤二次以上，並做成紀錄備查，本局將不定期派員至各校查核出勤狀況。
