主旨：本會與台南市教育產業工會等單位共同辦理「2015 Eureka! 臺南國際兒童電影節」（ Eureka! Tainan International Children's Film Festival ）活動開跑，即日起徵求學校師生拍攝 2 至 10 分鐘影片參賽， 104 年 6 月 15 日截止收件，徵件辦法詳如附件，敬請轉知貴校師生踴躍送件，請 查照。
說明：
一、「Eureka!臺南國際兒童電影節」自 102 年 4 月辦理第一屆以來，邀請德國、韓國、西班牙、英國等各國及國內優秀兒童作品參賽，頗受好評，今年持續推動「創意、好奇、想像、當代」的主軸概念，以「低科技、高創意」的手法，給孩童創造一個展現自我的舞台，並接軌國際，建立一個臺灣國際兒童動畫教育的開放交流平台，最高獎金 5 萬元，請鼓勵貴校師生踴躍參與。
二、影片內容應符合下列規範(一)內容須適合 16 歲以下兒童觀賞，不適當的內容將不予採納。
(二)創新的表現手法與視覺美感的意念。
(三)影片主題與當代兒童生活的關連性，如：思想、環境、社會生活。
(四)劇情對於兒童與觀眾的啟發性與影響。
(五)片長 2-10 分鐘。
