一、依據教育部104年5月25日臺教師（三）字第1040068163號函辦理。
二、為運用資訊科技能量，協助教師了解各類重大教育議題，教育部業已研發製作完成數位研習課程議題如下（詳如附件）：
(一)生命教育議題系列-用幸福渲染你我他。
(二)美感教育議題系列-探索美麗身心靈。
(三)生命教育－如何成為幸福快樂的老師。
(四)防制學生藥物濫用。
(五)多元性別特質與性霸凌防制。
(六)人權教育。
