說明：
一、依據公務人員保障暨培訓委員會 104 年 10 月 22 日公保字第 1041060454 號函辦理，並檢附原函影本及附件。
二、查公務人員一般健康檢查實施要點，於 103 年 10 月 27 日經公務人員保障暨培訓委員會（以下簡稱保訓會）公保字第 1031060466 號函發布，並自 104 年 1 月 1 日施行，依據該要點規定，健康檢查僅得於衛福部評鑑合格之醫院及教學醫院實施。後經保訓會以 104 年 5 月 14 日公保字第 1040007043 號函及同年 8 月 19 日公保字第 1041060352 號函，補充開放健康檢查得至醫策會健康檢查品質認證之診所及勞動部認可辦理勞工一般體格與健康檢查之醫療機構實施。另依前述 8 月 19 日函釋，公務人員如至規定範圍以外之醫療機構實施一般健檢，其檢查費用得予從寬補助以 104 年為過渡期間，自 105 年 1 月 1 日起，須至旨揭醫療機構實施，始得依法規申請健康檢查補助。
三、請確實轉知同仁，自 105 年 1 月 1 日起，前往健檢時請事先至本府人事處網頁「公務人員一般健康檢查醫療機構查詢」連結網頁，或至保訓會網站（http://www.csptc.gov.tw/保障業務/辦理公務人員一般健康檢查醫療機構），確認欲前往之醫療機構於評鑑（認證）合格或認可之名單內，並於認可有效期限內，以免衍生費用無法補助問題。
