主旨：「臺灣地區公務員及特定身分人員進入大陸地區許可辦法」業經內政部於 104 年 12 月 30 日以台內移字第 1040955489 號令修正發布，請查照。
說明：
一、依據內政部 104 年 12 月 30 日台內移字第 10409554895 號函辦理。
二、因應旨揭許可辦法之修正，本府所屬各機關人員依該辦法申請赴陸之案件，仍照現行程序報府核辦，由本府統一於網際網路線上報送內政部審查。惟因應網際網路線上方式送件相關作業之實施，如未能於法定期限上線申報，則需修改赴陸日期並延後始得申請，爰為使本府能如期報送，請各機關確依「本府及所屬機關學校人員因公出國案件及赴大陸地區（含非因公）申請案件須報府核定（轉）期程表」之規定，於期限內檢附相關表件報府核辦，如逾期未經核准致無法進入大陸地區者，相關責任由各機關或當事人自行負責。
三、「本府及所屬機關學校人員因公出國案件及赴大陸地區（含非因公）申請案件須報府核定（轉）期程表」酌作文字修正如附件 2 。
四、檢附「臺灣地區公務員及特定身分人員進入大陸地區許可辦法」修正總說明及對照表(如附件 1)、修正後本府及所屬機關學校人員因公出國案件及赴大陸地區（含非因公）申請案件須報府核定（轉）期程表(如附件 2)各 1 份。
