主旨：函轉交通部函為民眾反映「建議多宣導兒童安全(例如:讓民眾知導機車承載兒童的風險)，避免下一個悲劇。」乙案，請依說明辦理，請查照。
說明：
一、依據交通部 105 年 1 月 7 日交安字第 1055000257 號函暨本市道安會報 105 年 1 月 12 日南市交安字第 1050018869 號函辦理。
二、旨揭建議事項略以，請家長避免以機車載送雙腳無法正常踩到踏板之幼童，並請家長載送兒童時應注意放慢車速，落實兒童使用護具、配戴合適之安全帽，並提醒兒童以坐姿及以雙手緊抱大人，雙腳踩踏機車踏板，穩定坐於後座為原則，以降低事故發生時對兒童的傷害
三、請各校加強宣導，以維護兒童生命安全。
