一、依據苗栗縣政府 102 年 4 月 11 日府教務字第 1020070827 號函
辦理暨本局 102 年 3 月 22 日南市教中（二）字第 1020260289
號函諒達。
二、前所送「102 年臺閩地區公立國民中小學暨幼兒園教師介
聘他縣巿服務作業要點」第 6 點第 1 項第 1 款第 2 目規定略以
：「與配偶設籍地未同一縣(市)，……」，與 101 年同要點規
定：「本人服務學校未與配偶設籍地為同一縣(市)，…
…」文義容有疑義，為避免滋生疑義，影響教師申請介聘
權益，維持 101 年度要點文字規定。
