說明：
一、 101 年 6 月教育部公布「兒童課後照顧服務班與中心設立及管理辦法」 (101 年 6 月 4 日壹參字第 1010098466C 號令)，規定課後照顧班、中心之執行秘書、主任及課後照顧服務人員，若未符合符合兒童及少年福利機構專業人員資格或修畢師資培育教育專業課程，則應具備至少 180 小時課後照顧服務人員專業訓練課程結訓資格，未符合規定者將不得成立及招生。
二、為協助有心從事課後照顧服務發展的失業者，於充實知能與取得資格之後有順利就業之機會。高雄市政府勞工局委託本單位辦理本訓練。
三、有意參加者，請先到台灣就業通網站報名(http://www.taiwanjobs.gov.tw/Internet/index/index.aspx)， 4 月 25 日以後再至高雄市三民區堯山街 8 號繳交相關證件(身份證及最高學歷影本、勞保資料表、 2 吋照片 1 張、印章)，完成報名手續。
