一、依據
(一)105年度臺南市辦理十二年國民基本教育精進國中小教學品質計畫。
(二)臺南市國教輔導團年度實施計畫。
(三)臺南市105年性平輔導團年度工作計畫。
二、目的
(一) 提升教師媒體識讀(性別議題)的專業素養。
(二)有效發展媒體識讀運用於性別平等教學的策略與教學設計。
(三) 透過對話機制，落實現場教學的經驗分享與回饋。
三、主辦單位：臺南市政府教育局
四、承辦單位：臺南市性別平等教育議題輔導團
五、實施期間：105年10月20日上午9時至下午4時30分
六、活動地點：臺南市立永仁高中
七、實施對象：如下，合計80名，額滿為止。
(一)本市國中小學25班以上學校至少薦派1名教師與會，其餘學校自由參加。
(二)本市性平輔導團團員。

薦派參加之人員及性平輔導團團員，請各校惠予公差假並排代；當天請自備環保杯。
十、預期成效：
(一)參與教師理解現行性別平等教育意涵，促進個人專業成長，提升教師創意教學技巧。
(二)參與教師能藉由專題講座認知卡通媒體識讀的基本概念。
(三)參與教師能藉由專題講座的教學示例學習如何將媒體識讀的策略應用於性別平等教學。
