主旨：本校將於 12 月 14 日(三)與社團法人台灣為台灣而教協會合作辦理「偏鄉教師的教與學--TFT 教學請益座談會」，敬請鼓勵所屬教師踴躍參加。
說明：
一、 TFT 教師兩成來自師培背景，其他近八成多來自其他專業領域。為確保 TFT 教師在兩年期間的教學品質與發展，需要匯集各個專長領域的教育工作者，以志工形式提供 TFT 教師多元而專業的學習與協助。期盼來自各專長領域專業的集結，除提昇 TFT 教師的教學專業能力，更能增加與不同領域教育工作者交流學習的機會，串連在台灣各地深耕的教育力量，一同激發對教育的使命，建構孩子公平而優質的教育機會與環境。
二、若您關心教育不平等議題，希望更深入了解 TFT 計畫與理念且願意進一步與我們相識深談。 TFT 誠摯的邀請您報名參加本次研習，一同為孩子擁有優質的教育與自我發展的機會一齊努力。
三、研習內容： 1.TFT 計劃與理念簡介。 2.偏鄉教學實務案例的探討與請益。
