一、 依據經濟部能源局 102 年度「輔導學校推動能源教育計畫」辦理。
二、 參賽對象:
(一)本市各公、私立國民小學教師及學生。
(二)以組隊方式參賽，每隊學生以 10 人為上限（含演員、旁白、道具…等），指導老師以 4 人為上限（指導老師需為服務於報名隊伍學校之現任教師，含專任教師、實習教師及社團指導老師；非專任老師須由參賽學校提出服務證明）。
三、 主題:請發揮創意，以有趣、好玩的方式將節約能源、永續能源等內容融入劇本的情境設定中（請注意：「環保」、「資源回收」、「吃素」、「省水」等並非本競賽之主題）。
四、 競賽流程(本競賽採三階段評選):
(一) 初審－劇本評選：由本市白河區大竹國民小學辦理徵件報名。請參賽學校於 102 年 5 月 30 前將報名表及劇本，紙本郵寄至臺南市白河區大竹里 3 號，並以 e-mail 將電子檔回傳至hhtgili@tn.edu.tw大竹國小蔡和憲主任收。建議劇本長度以演出時間總長度不超過 12 分鐘為限（請參考下面注意事項）。
(二) 複審－戲劇影片評選、網路點閱數統計：通過初審成績前 30％之隊伍進入複審，由大竹國小通知進入複審隊伍拍攝戲劇演出之影片，並於 102 年 7 月 9 日（星期二）前將劇本、影片及報名資料以光碟存檔，掛號寄至大竹國小彙整，由大竹國小統一寄送國立臺灣師範大學進行複審。複審錄取 6 組隊伍進入決審，於 102 年 10 月 4 日(五)前公布進入決審名單。
(三) 決審－實際演出評選：執行單位將邀請進入決審隊伍於 102 年 11 月 2 日(星期六)「全國能源教育週」公開演出，並公布得獎名單及頒獎。
